Data we process
- Account email, display name, and authentication credentials (hashed)
- Chat history when you enable retention in privacy settings
- Consent records for terms, privacy, analytics, marketing, and email notifications
- Email delivery metadata for transactional and optional notification messages
Email notifications
We may send the following categories of email:
- Transactional — verification codes and security messages required to use your account (cannot be disabled while your account is active).
- Account — welcome messages after email verification, billing notices, and account status updates.
- Product updates — optional announcements about new features and releases.
- Marketing — optional newsletters, plans, and educational content.
You can enable or disable optional categories in Settings → Privacy after sign-in, on the email notifications page, or via subscribe / unsubscribe links included in each email. New accounts default to account and transactional emails only; marketing and product updates are opt-in.
Your choices
- Manage privacy, consent, and email notifications in Settings after sign-in
- Enable or disable TOTP two-factor authentication
- Request account deletion via your administrator
Terms of service
By creating an account you agree to use the platform in accordance with your organization’s policies and applicable law. Email notification preferences do not affect legally required service communications where applicable. Continued use after changing notification settings constitutes acceptance of the updated communication preferences recorded on your account.
Local-first default
Prompts are sent to your configured local LLM only. External web search and URL scrape remain disabled unless explicitly enabled by your operator.
